Every Thursday, 1979 transforms into an intimate jazz lounge inspired by the romance and glamour of a bygone era. Enjoy live jazz from Lady King, candlelit tables, premium whisky and classic cocktails.

Inspired by the waterfront of Hong Kong’s Stanley Bay, Stanley Restaurant is now open in Manly Wharf.
The menu is built around Head Chef Louis Tikaram’s philosophy of great food, friends, fishermen and farmers, showcasing Australian seafood, meat and seasonal produce paired with traditional Cantonese flavours.
