Conditions of Entry

1. Entry is open to Australia permanent residents and citizens over the age of 18.

2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

Prize Details

1. The prize includes:

• A two-night stay for four guests at Sun Ranch Byron Bay

• Patròn Tequila ‘At Home Margarita Kit’

• A $500 Howard Smith Wharves OR Manly Wharf e-gift voucher, depending on the winner’s preference

How to Enter

1. To enter, eligible persons must complete all the following steps during the Competition Period:

3. Step 2: Have tagged three (3) eligible accounts on the competition Instagram post to be successful or a redraw will take place.

Enter as many times as you wish, one entry for every comment.

By entering, entrants are confirming they are 18+, are an Australian Resident and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

Duration of the Competition

1. Promotion commences Tuesday 3/03/2026 at 18:30 AEST and final entries close Monday 30/03/2026 at 09:00 AEST.

3. The winner will be selected randomly and notified by Direct Message on 31/03/2026.

Date, Time and Place of Draw

1. The winner will be selected randomly using Appsorteos Random Name Picker, from a list of gift voucher purchasers.

2. The draw will take place on Tuesday 31 March at 3pm AEST at the promoter’s head office – 5 Boundary St, Brisbane QLD 4000.

Notification of Winner

1. The winner will be notified by Instagram DM and directed to email their contact details to Artemus Group marketing team on the day of the draw.

2. The winner consents to the use of their name and Instagram handle of residence for promotional and marketing purposes and agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.

No Liability

1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

   1. inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;

   2. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;

• any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;

1. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;

2. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;

3. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;

• any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or

• any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition, or the use of any prize.

1. The Sun Ranch accommodation is subject to availability and not valid over peak holiday periods (see Sun Ranch T&C’sfor details on peak times). Once your reservation has been made, Artemus Group will not be liable for any cost adjustments due to change of mind on dates, or any additional costs or charges associated with your stay.

2. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during the use of any prize. If requested, the winner, and their guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the prize being awarded.  Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.

3. The preceding condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.

4. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, not for resale and will be awarded to the confirmed winner only.

5. Your stay at Sun Ranch Byron Baymust be booked in with a fortnight of claiming your voucher for a future stay. The prize cannot be applied to existing bookings.

6. Please be aware of fake accounts. You will only be contacted by @howardsmithwharves OR @manly_wharf – please report any fake competition accounts.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

1. The prize winner must respond via Instagram and email by 5pm AEST on Tuesday 31st March 2026 or the competition will be redrawn.

2. If the prize is not claimed in accordance with the preceding clause, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 3pm on Thursday 2nd April 2026 at the Promoter’s offices in Brisbane.

3. Should an unclaimed prize draw be necessary, the winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by Instagram DM.

1. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner and may be used to market its services to the entrant. The personal information of the entrants will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at https://www.manlywharf.com.au/privacy-policy and https://howardsmithwharves.com/privacy-policy/. The personal information of the winner may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition.  If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.

2. In accordance with the provisions of the NSW Community Gaming Act 2018 and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020, this promotion does not require a permit.

3. In accordance with the provisions of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999(Queensland), this promotion does not require a permit.
