The new Manly Phoenix is the first North Shore Chinese restaurant in a waterfront location, offering relaxed contemporary Chinese dining and spectacular Sydney Harbour views. This waterfront restaurant is the latest addition to the Phoenix Group of Chinese restaurants, owned by sisters and business partners Anita Fung and Alice Lee. The Phoenix Group’s logo features the Chinese symbol of double happiness with the regal female phoenix bird from Chinese mythology, and reflects Alice and Anita’s partnership and passion.

Sky Phoenix was established in April 2002 within the Skygarden centre in Castlereagh Street, Sydney. It has already become the talk of the CBD for people looking for a stylish and upmarket contemporary dining venue.
