At Nandos, our fresh A-grade chicken is butterfly cut and trimmed of excess fat, before being marinated for 24 hours. On our grill, your chicken is glame-grilled to perfection and basted in your choice of Lemon & Herb or our divine Mild, Hot or Extra Hot PERi-PERi chilli sauce.
